The students learned geometry painting on last Saturday, and we demonstrated the world famous painting “Girl with a Pearl Earring (novel)” by Johannes Vermeer together. The teacher first demonstrated how to observe, what shapes, geometric ratios, etc., and then the students followed the teacher’s demonstration and started drawing together.

From the next semester, the 8-12-year-old class will be merged with the 9-year-old + class to become a Comprehensive Class suitable for students aged 6-12 years old. Interested students can contact the teacher to sign up.

Geometric Painting also called Geometric abstraction, which is a form of abstract art based on the use of geometric forms sometimes, though not always, placed in non-illusionistic space and combined into non-objective compositions.
